Resource Center

The Resource Center serves as the movement’s infrastructural foundation, providing direct support for local initiatives. We channel civic energy into tangible change by equipping activists with the tools they need—from seed funding to professional expertise.

Key Areas of Support

  • Microgrant Fund: A system for quickly funding small-scale initiatives. We award grants ranging from 500 to 5,000 shekels to support local projects. Our core principles are transparent selection criteria, minimal bureaucracy, and a focus on tangible results for residents.
  • Legal Hub: Professional support for civic initiatives. We help you properly prepare documents, interact with municipal authorities, and defend the rights of local communities within the legal framework.
  • Consulting Center: Expert guidance in planning and management. We advise leaders on project management, communications, and the long-term sustainability of their initiatives. Resource Platform: A hub that brings together the capabilities of the business community and private philanthropists to address the challenges facing specific regions and cities.

Mission

Lower the barriers to civic engagement and provide every viable initiative with the resources needed to get off the ground and scale up successfully.

Objectives

  • Direct support. Create a functional microfinance system that will enable hundreds of Israelis to carry out small-scale projects in their own neighborhoods and communities without having to seek out major sponsors.
  • Institutional sustainability. Provide initiative groups with a solid legal and methodological foundation so that their activities are protected by law and integrated into the urban environment.
  • Building a culture of trust. Implement transparent and clear standards for resource allocation, where access to support depends on the quality of the idea and its benefit to society, rather than on political connections.
